- The 2011 Small Business Contracting Outreach Forum will serve as the USACE NAD Small Business Conference. SAME Baltimore Post has developed a high quality, informative program through collaboration with USACE NAD. This Forum will include presentations from the NAD District Commanders, workshops and networking with small and large prime contractors. Workshop sessions will include, but are not limited to: Developing a Winning SF 330; Civil Works, Military and Environmental Program Overviews; Sustainability; Emerging Cyber Opportunities; Overseas Opportunities; Construction Estimating; etc. The networking sessions will provide businesses an opportunity to identify potential upcoming contract opportunities and potential partnerships. Registration includes access to workshops, networking, presentations from NAD District Commanders, and luncheons with keynote speakers to include BG Duke DeLuca, NAD Division Commander. The 2011 Small Business Contracting Outreach Forum, March 20-22, will be held at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel, 101 W. Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. This Conference will include all NAD Districts: Norfolk, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; New England, Massachusetts and Europe, Germany.
