Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The Installation Status Report (ISR) is a fully web-based decision support system designed to assist a wide range of users from installation level staffs through Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) with management and resourcing of Army installations. ISR has three components: Infrastructure (ISR-I), Natural Infrastructure (ISR-NI) and Services (ISR-S). ISR-I and S are updated quarterly; ISR-NI is currently updated annually and will report quarterly by FY11. All components of ISR are updated quarterly, as required by component-specific business rules. The contractor shall provide highly specialized professional expertise and performance to support the goals of the ISR Program. The contractor shall assist in management and system support and analysis. Each of these desired outcomes are described in more detail below: Provide HQ ISR support Assist and make recommendations on improvements to ISR Provide integrated ISR component (ISR-S, ISR-I, ISR-NI) deliverables Develop enhanced installation capabilities to include overall ISR Installation Rating POP - one (1) base year of 9 months and two (2) 12-month option periods A written Request for Proposal (RFP) may or may not be posted on or about 28 February 2011
