Description
U.S. Flag Carrier Shipment Requirements Public Release of Information Past Performance Questionnaire Omnibus Certification Pamphlet Requirements and Notice of Solicitation for Submissions for Contractor Pre-Qualification THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms for construction services for the partial renovation and upgrade of the existing facilities at the US Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany. The project is described below. 1. Project Description (Secret Security Clearances Required) SAQMMA-11-R0071, Frankfurt, Germany, US Consulate Office Building Major Renovation Phase II. Anticipated work includes: upgrading the fire alarm system and fire doors; upgrading the elevator controls; arresting basement-level water infiltration; repairing sewer lines; constructing HVAC improvements; constructing medium and low-voltage electrical infrastructure improvements; and constructing site and landscape improvements. Phasing and work on an operating consulate compound is required. Approximate Site Area: 100,000 sm. Approximate Consulate size: 70,000 gsm. Estimated construction cost: $18 to $28 million. ********** SEE ATTACHED **********
