Past Performance Reference Past Performance Questionnaire Cost Estimate Breakdown Schedule of Material Submittals Spanish Specs English Specs Drawings 5 of 5 Drawings 4 of 5 Drawings 3 of 5 Drawings 2 of 5 Drawings 1 of 5 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The reference number is F3N7A01017A001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48 and DFARS change notice 20110214. In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the United States of America, any contract resulting from this notice/solicitation can only be entered into with companies authorized to carry out these activities in Spain under Spanish law. Companies must meet the requirements established by Spanish legistation for execution of Government works. All prospective eligible Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet and a NATO CAGE Code from http://www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488119, Airport runway maintenance services The United States Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, technical capability and past performance considered. The Government intends to make award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror with acceptable past performance. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following: 0001 Runway Rubber Removal. The contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, labor, materials, and transportation to complete project QUUG 09-1025 at Moron AB, Spain. 0002 Option Bid Item #1. See attached Technical Provisions and Specifications. Period of Performance: Contract performance is to take place between 14 March 2011 and 08 May 2011 (PoP 45 Days).
