- Description
- The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for 5-Day courses that teaches soldiers and leaders the principles of Strategic Communications and how to apply those principles when communicating with senior leadership and executives. The course should be specifically designed to teach communications skills desired when briefing Ambassadors, Senior Embassy Staff, Members of Congress, General Officers and other executive level decision makers which is required by the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne). The number of courses to be taught is a minimum of six (t) each per year. The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base year with four (4) one-year options. The primary place of performance is within 50 miles of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement is not set aside for small business. The requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611430 with a size standard of $7 Million. The date for receipt of proposals has not been determined but will be provided at the time of solicitation release. The estimated release date for the solicitation is 17 February 2011. The solicitation will be posted in its entirety.
