- Posting: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Financial Services has a requirement for Acquisition Support and Financial Services. The work to be performed includes two tasks: Task One - Acquisition Strategy and Task Two - Pre-Solicitation Documentation. This is detailed in Section C of the attached Solicitation. The NAICS for this requirement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. The procurement will be competed on a full and open competitive basis. FAA anticipates the period of performance of the resulting contract will be one base year and four one year option years, if exercised. Proposals are due by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time on March 17, 2011. See Section L of the Solicitation for more information on proposal submission. The deadline for submittal of questions is February 24, 2011. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendments(s) issued to this solicitation will be published on this website (http://www.faaco.faa.gov) under the current announcements for FAA Headquarters. It is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. If an amendment is issued and the Offeror does not acknowledge it, the Offeror may be considered non-responsive to the Solicitation. All amendments must be acknowledged in writing to the FAA Contracting Officer at katherine.m.williams@faa.gov. The FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to the Solicitation, nor reimburse or otherwise pay any costs incurred by any party responding to this Request For Offer (RFO).
