This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA4625-11-R-0003 is being issued as a Request for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. Paper copies of the RFP will not be made available. Proposals can be mailed to the following mailing address: 509 CONS 727 Second St. Ste. 124A Whiteman AFB, MO 65305 to the attention of Alexander J Boyce. NOTE: Proposals must be received by 10 Mar 2011, 2:00 PM CST in order to be considered for award; late proposals will not be considered for award. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Evaluation for this acquisition shall be lowest priced technically acceptable.
