THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Oklahoma City OK anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 635-11-305, Design Build Renovate Research Building 19. The magnitude of construction cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 31, 2011. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available.
