- 3RD QUARTER BREDA ORDER FY2011 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell, Virginia, intends to issue solicitation RFQP0114110079, for the requirement of Quarterly Bread Order which will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. The orders will be placed by the Food Service Department. The orders will need to be delivered by April 1, 2011 and no later than April 15, 2011 to the FCC Petersburg (Warehouse), 1060 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The government will award to the offerer that can provide all line items specified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 17, 2011, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the referenced website. This solicitation is unrestricted and all responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. All quotes must be received no later than March 4, 2011, 2:00p.m. (eastern standard time). The anticipated award date will be on or about March 10, 2011. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3, to complete their presentations and certifications via the on-line Presentations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at http://ccr.gov.
