- SPM1C111Q0208 is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside for the manufacture and delivery of the Flag, Signal, 8345-00-926-6801. Quantity: 900. This item is manufactured to MIL-F-2692. Production Lead Time is 150 days. Destination for this item is Arizona Industries for the Blind; Phoenix, AZ. Automated Best Value Score (ABVS) will be used. The ABVS carries more weight in the award evaluation process than price. All items must be 100% U.S. Made out of 100% U.S. Materials. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as The Berry Amendment) impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services.
