Description

DRAFT PWS 1. The Government has a requirement for a Audio Visual Equipment and installation for a newly constructed ARPC headquarters building located on Buckley AFB. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment personnel and transportation necessary to delivery and install audio visual equipment required. The Period of Performance shall be 90 days from contract award. 2. Set-Aside will be for Small Businesses, however, the Government is requesting information from any HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) of their interest. Interested vendors reponses shall include: a.) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax/email, and business size and status (e.g., small business, 8(a), veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women owned small business), DUNS number, and CAGE Code. b.) Proof of experience and capability regarding the installation of various A/V equipment. c.) Responses will not be accepted after the due date. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. 3. NAICS Code: 423620 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. 6.
