Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Charleston Delineated Area: Starting from Kanawha Blvd. E and the Elk river, Northeast on the Elk River to Washington Street, Southeast on Washington Street to Court Street, Northeast on Court Street to Donnally Street, Southeast on Donnally Street to Summers Street, Northeast on Summers Street to Eagan Street, East on Eagen Street to Smith Street, Southeast on Smith Street to Morris Street, Southwest on Morris Street to Washington Street, Northwest on Washington Street to Brooks Street, Southwest on Brooks Street to Lee Street, Northwest on Lee Street to Leon Sullivan Way, Southwest on Leon Sullivan Way to Kanawha Blvd, Northwest on Kanawha Blvd to the point of beginning, Kanawha Blvd and the Elk River. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,440 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,512 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4- Can be surface or structured, but must be within 1 block of proposed building.
