Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Laundry Trailer(s)) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-11-Q-0019 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812320. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is. The small business size standard is $4.5 MIL. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 3510. This solicitation is for the lease of a trailer(s) containing laundry machines. The requirement is listed as follows: CLIN 0001: Laundry Trailer(s) Laundry trailer(s) containing, twenty (20) washers and twenty (20) dryers (minimum). Unit(s) must be self sufficient, i.e. fresh water tanks/delivery, grey water tanks/ pick-up, generator to provide power s well as containment pit to hold 110% of the generators fluids (fuel provided by government), a propane tank if required to operate dryers (Contractor to provide propane.) Additional requirements include: - Vehicle and operator to transport water (fresh/grey). Attendant and cleaning supplies to maintain and clean unit(s). Must clean three times a day, seven (7) days a week. Delivery, installation, set up and tear down cost must be included. The period of performance is 16 March 2011 through 29 April 2011. Place of contract delivery will be building 1130 Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC) Twentynine Palms, CA. The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
