Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) ACC-APG (C4ISR) intends to award a three-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with an ordering ceiling of $12M, for spare parts, depot level repair parts (DLPRs) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for the Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices Electronic Warfare Vehicular Receiver/Jammer (CVRJ) System. The CVRJ System is a ground-based Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) System that utilizes the electromagnetic spectrum to prevent or inhibit the intended operation of Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDs). The authority cited for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is ITT Corporation (ITT), 3500 Willow Lane, Thousands Oaks, CA 91361. ITT is the developer and only manufacturer of the CVRJ System and its spare parts and possesses the drawings/documentation and proprietary firmware/software. Therefore, ITT is the only source capable of providing spare parts, DLRPs and ATE for this system.
