Attachment 6, 24' Valve Specification Attachment 5, 16' Valve Specification Attachment 4, 12' Valve Specification Attachment 3, Statement of Work Attachment 2, Section M: Evaluation Criteria Attachment 1, Section L: Instructions to Offerors Solicitation ***Posting Solicitation, Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS code 332911** **PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE** Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC), Tennessee, has a requirement to furnish four 12" NPS, two 16" NPS, and two 24" NPS 150 lb 70-2-2006 class IV Butterfly control valves with hydraulic actuators and related mounting hardware. This project will be awarded utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Please register as a source to be notified of Request for Proposal (RFP), amendments, etc. when they are posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all the available information prior to proposal due date and until contract is awarded. Vendors will not be contacted individually when amendments are posted. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 22 FEBRUARY, 2011. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. The contract will be awarded utilizing Lowest Prices Technically Acceptable procedures. Please review the solicitation and attachments for all source selection information. After the solicitation is posted, vendors may submit questions in writing via e-mail, fax, or regular mail to the Point of Contract listed below. ALL offerors are to register in Central Contractor Registration at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Offerors may register on Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx and complete paragraph b of Representation and Certification-Commercial Items clause 52.212-03 or if a vendor does not register on ORCA, then complete the entire Representation and Certification clause 52.212-03, paragraphs (c) - (o). Funds are available for this project. **SYNOPSIS** Full specification and associated diagrams will be provided when the solicitation is posted. Furnish four 12" NPS, two 16" NPS, and two 24" NPS 150 lb 70-2-2006 class IV Butterfly control valves with hydraulic actuators and related mounting hardware with an estimated delivery date of 30 September 2011. 12-inch NPS 150 pound class carbon steel butterfly control valve with FCI 70-2 Class IV seat leakage rate. Valve shall be supplied with hydraulic actuator, internal feedback transducer and related mounting hardware. Valve shaft and mounting hardware shall be pre-drilled to interface with Government furnished valve disc position instrumentation. Quantity required: four (4). 16-inch NPS 150 pound class carbon steel butterfly control valve with FCI 70-2 Class IV seat leakage rate. Valve shall be supplied with hydraulic actuator, internal feedback transducer and related mounting hardware. Valve shaft and mounting hardware shall be pre-drilled to interface with Government furnished valve disc position instrumentation. Quantity required: two (2). 24-inch NPS 150 pound class carbon steel butterfly control valve with FCI 70-2 Class IV seat leakage rate. Valve shall be supplied with hydraulic actuator, internal feedback transducer and related mounting hardware. Valve shaft and mounting hardware shall be pre-drilled to interface with Government furnished valve disc position instrumentation. Quantity required: two (2).
