Description
Wage Determination Revised Inventory Revised PWS Please find answers to questions asked below: 1. Need estimated volumes of each type of waste generated historically for this contract period for removal from each building. Response: The site will be cleaned during the inspection. If a site needs cleaned between inspection calls will be made using CLIN 0006 2. Need a copy of OPLAN 19-3 (waste testing, etc.) Response: The current OP Plan is in draft and not finalized. We will be unable to provide exact OPPLAN until final but if there are specific questions, we can try to field them. 3. SOW paragraph 1.3.1-will all waste stay on base and do you have a list of "approved on or off base disposal facilities?" Response: The approved on-base facility is Bldg 5374, ERAP. Downtown location is to be determined by contractor. 4. What are the volumes of used oil we will need to transport to the used oil burner? Do we need to supply containers? Response: Yes, contractor must supply an approved container to transport approximately 150 gallons of used oil. Oil is used as primary source of heat. 5. SOW paragraph 1.6 references a paragraph 1.9-not included in SOW. Response: Paragraph 1.9 should state paragraph 1.7 Special Maintenance Projects. Please see revised PWS for the change. (This is the only change to the PWS) 6.Need capacity of tank in building 7210 Radio Shop. Response: Bldg 7210 is a sediment trap; 100 gallon capacity (Fixed in Inventory) Please see Revised Inventory and Revised PWS. The only changes made to the inventory list is the heading to colunm H "Inspection/Cleaning Frequency (4 month period)" and included bldg 7210 gallons of 100.
