Description

The Buffalo VAMC in Buffalo, NY has a requirement for a semi-annual preventative maintenance contract for a Translogic TL2007 6" pneumatic tube system which includes 1 blower unit, 5 sending/receiving units and 3 transfer units. Interested vendors must have manufacturer certified technicians with three years experience maintaining Translogic pneumatic tube systems and be able to diagnose and resolve system software issues. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1(b)(2). The suggested contractor is Translogic Inc. This procurement is for one specific pneumatic tube system at the Buffalo, NY VAMC. Award will be made on or about March 09, 2011. NOTE: INTERESTED VENDORS MAY RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2011, 3:30PM, EST. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS.
