- Description
- 1.Adding and Subtracting: Teams are required to stay intact throughout the life of the contract. Which means contractors will not be allowed to add or subtract teams during the contract period of performance. Exceptions will require Contracting Officer approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 2.Number of Subs: The number of subcontractors within one team will not be limited. Which means primes could have large teams. 3.Prime/subcontractor: The Government has no privity of contract with subcontractors. Therefore, the government will not limit the number of contractors any single corporate entity can be a subcontractor under.
