- IQC11053009020. This is a Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following; NSN 1560-01-384-8592, Vent, Aircraft, IAW Nordam Group (CAGE 0J2J9) part number P70216-15. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Destination Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 84 days ARO or best possible for the production units. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item and Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is March 09, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about April 08, 2011.
