Description

Pitney Bowes Sole Source Letter Solicitation The IRS intends to purchase Group1 Universal Addressing Module (UAM) licenses and maintenance from Pitney Bowes as a sole Source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Group 1 UAM helps organizations to validate and correct addresses both domestically and abroad. UAM automatically corrects, completes and formats address data in real time. CI will be using UAM in conjunction with Entity Analytics Solutions (EAS) software. It will be used for address data cleansing during ingestion of data in the EAS repository. It meets all the U.S. Postal Authority Guidelines and publications for CASS, SERP and UPU standards. UAM Group 1 software is approved by the IRS Enterprise Architecture and is on the Enterprise Standards Products list. Product: USRMAINT-Universal Addressing Module USS -Universal Addressing Module Database Period of Performance: 01/01/2011 - 02/28/2012 The government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action. If parties choose to respond, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency however, any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
