- Description
- The Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery is soliciting offers under Solicitation Number VA-786-11-RP-0076 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, professional expertise, and equipment, to sufficiently meet the requirements to maintain a healthy and aesthetic grounds appearance for cemetery turf mowing, trimming, and edging at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH 22134. All work shall be performed in accordance with Contract Specifications, Performance Requirement Summary, and all the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7 Million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical and 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around February 24, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 10, 2011 EST.
