THIS NOTICE ISSUES SOLICITATION W91YTZ-11-R-0033 FIRST ADVISED IN PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THERE ARE THREE DOCUMENTS WHICH MAKE UP THE PACKAGE. THE SOLICITATION AND TWO SEPARATE TECHNICAL EXHIBITS: TECHNICAL EXHIBIT A AND TECHNICAL EXHIBIT F. THEY ARE TO BE INSERTED INTO THE DOCUMENT TO FORM THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION PACKAGE.
