- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This procurement will be 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to procure Solid State Lighting for General Illumination, Solid State Lighting for the MIL-DTL-16377/8B, 11B, 12B, 17A, 26A, and 27B luminaire families. Specific specifications of the luminaire configurations will be included in the RFQ. The Request for Quotation will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or after 14 March 2011. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation. The RFQ will be available electronically “ no hard copies will be sent. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
