- Provide all labor, supervision, and transportation to perform one-half of the gate attendant services for campgrounds and public recreation areas located in the Dam Complex. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size standard of $7.0 Million. This work will be awarded as a lowest priced, technically acceptable contract. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price, Technical, and Past Performance. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 24 February 2011. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on 03 March 2011, 2:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxes will be accepted. If you are submitting your offer by mail or electronically, please ensure your offer has been received. The contractor shall submit one original copy of their offer to include the above information in order to properly evaluate your offer in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined under FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. If you will not be performing the work yourself, and will be hiring employees to perform the job, you will have to submit their information in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2, otherwise your proposal will not be considered.
