- THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING ISSUED TO CHANGE THE AIRCRAFT TO KC-135, CHANGE THE DELIVERY OBJECTIVE TO 420 DARO, AND TO EXTEND THE CLOSE DATE UNTIL APRIL 11, 2011. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE VIA THE DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS). A SOLICITATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED BY VENDORS. 0026697765, NSN 1560-01-083-2732, SKIN,AIRCRAFT. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is THE BOEING COMPANY. Any manufacturer, other than the approve source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 28 each, FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 356 days. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
