- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will consist of providing the following number of meals: Approximatley 3,012 Breakfasts, approximately 2,738 lunches, and approximately 3,012 dinners beginning on the 13th of March with the dinner meal and ending on the 25th of March with the Breakfast meal. Contractor will provide all food, labor and supervision during this period. The food will be based on the 12 day menu that will be shown in the solicitation along with the Statement of Work associated with this requirement. The award will be based on the offeror offering the best pricing. All offerors must request a copy of the solicitation by either e-mailing timothy.pighee@us.army.mil or by faxing a request to 501-212-4419. Offerors quote must be recieved by March 8, 2011 at 10:00am CST. You can either e-mail your quote or you can fax your quote to the above e-mail address and fax number. If you choose to fax your quote before the 7th of March 2011, please call Timothy Pighee at 501-650-4528 before you fax your information so that I can make sure it is recieved properly. If you chose to fax your information on either the 7th or the 8th or March 2011, please call 501-212-4401 so that I can make sure it is received properly. The Service Contract Act will apply so please make sure you review the rates as you prepare your pricing. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at the time of award. You can register by going to www.ccr.gov and registering.
