- PR 0028700275, NSN 1560-01-266-4759, Truss, Support, Boeing Helicopter Co, CAGE 8V613, DWG 7-311651027 REV "A" Parts List REV "D" & AMCOM CAGE 81996 Pro, P/N 7-311651027. Approved source of supply: D-Velco Manufacturing of Arizona (CAGE 12883) P/N 7-311651027, Essner Manufacturing, L.P. (CAGE 2B834) P/N 7-311651027 and The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613) P/N 7-311651027. Qty is 163 each to stock and will include a 100% option for increased quantity. Solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open competition. IAW the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Contractor FAT Report delivery 60 DARO, Government FIT delivery 30 Days After FAT approval, Production Lot delivery 193 days after special testing approval or DARO (OBO), FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This is critical application and CSI. Configuration control applies. Contractor First Article Testing and Government FIT required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be made available to requestors. Anticipated solicitation issue date is March 14, 2011.
