- The Contractor shall provide all Manpower, Equipment, Materials, and Facilities to perform Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build construction work and services as prescribed by the Scope of Work per each issued Task Order to Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the Kansas City District, this MATOC may be used to support other projects within the Northwestern Division as well as civil works projects under the Support for Others Programs. HubZone MATOC contractors participate within a pool of $49 million, with the minimum guarantee on this contract is $10,000.00. This contract is for a period of one (1) Base year and two (2) option years effective from the award date and/or $49M for the shared pool, whichever expires first.
