- Request For Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Elevator Maintenance Services at the Norris Cotton Federal Building in Manchester, New Hampshire. The NAICS code for this project is 238290 and the size standard is $14 million. This is a follow-on requirement for the subject building, which is a modern multi-story office building located in downtown Manchester. The Offeror must provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to efficiently maintain, operate and repair all elevator systems. There are two passenger elevator cars with 9 stops and a cargo elevator with 10 stops. All elevators are manufactured by Montgomery Elevator. This will be a Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance is a base period of three years with four one-year options. The RFP will be issued on or about 3/11/2011. The start date for this contract will be on or about 6/1/2011. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the RFP and any associated documents such as amendments, clarifications and notices.
