- SYNOPSIS The Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center (IWAC), General Services Administration, located in Arlington, Virginia, is procuring Dormitory and Quarters Casegoods and Seating, FSC 7105. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. These items are in accordance with Purchase Description 3FNE-CO-91-518E dated September 20, 2010, for Casegoods, Purchase Description 3FNE-CO-91-519E dated September 20, 2010, for Seating, Purchase Description 3FNE-82-243L dated September 20, 2010, for Beds and 3FNE 98-579A dated September 20, 2010, for Tables. All interested small business sources who can supply a 1-year contract with 4 option years for the products stated may apply. The contract will be for 1 year covering the period of October 1, 2011 thru September 30, 2012, with four additional 1-year periods. The solicitation will issue on or about March 8, 2011.
