- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for a one-time Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO) purchase of ANV-126A-UG/F kits (NSN 6625-K3-317-786ACX) to modify the night vision test set to the ANV-126A-001 configuration. The ANV is a portable instrument for evaluating the performance of most Night Vision Goggles. Materials: Various Quantity: Production quantity of 108 EA with 1 EA unit to be delivered 21 days ARO for the validation/verification of the TCTO procedures. Delivery of the val/ver unit will be to test site, Moody AFB, GA. Delivery of production quantity will be 120 days ARO to Robins AFB, GA. All assets shall be shipped FOB Origin Past Performance will be evaluated utilizing data from PPIRS-SR. You are encouraged to check your data to ensure accuracy. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be released on or around 24 February 2011. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. There is NO TECHNICAL DATA available. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This requirement is sole or limited source to: Hoffman Engineering, 8 Riverbend Dr, PO Box 4430, Stamford, CT, 06907 (CAGE 06097) and their distributor Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc., 4632 W. Aeronca St, Boise, ID, 83705 (CAGE 1MFX9). Only one or limited number of responsible sources due to lack of technical data to provide offerors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
