- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A SOLICATATION This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch requires the purchase of the following items: One (1) each - SAGE 960B Base Unit: Chassis includes 120/240 Vac Chassis plus PC Client Control Software, Part Number (P/N): 7960-0000-02 One (1) each - Option 400: Dual 2/4 Wire Interface, P/N: 7960-0400-02 One (1) each - NGEN Tests - SMOS, PVIT, Echo Sounder, Echo Generator Test Lines and Directors, One Way Delay, P/N 7960-5500-02 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals The Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch intends to make an award to SAGE Instruments, Inc, 240 Airport Blvd., Freedom, CA 95019-2614, CAGE: 0MR02. SAGE Instruments, Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole provider of the SAGE 960B. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within 15 calendar days of this publication.
