- Amendment 000001 Questions/Answers and extend due date for proposals. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of proposals to Monday, February 28, 2011, by 2:00PM ET, and to answer questions on the attached SF30. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a request for quote for the brand name Eaton Battery System and Maintenance for 80 sealed Eaton Battery Model# 9315-160; Serial# EX035ZBA10, and 80 sealed Model# PW 9390/40; Serial# EY223CAA07. The level of service required is stated in the attached Scope of Work and Attachments A - C that can be found on pages 13 through 17. Proposals must be submitted electronically to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov before 2:00 p.m. ET February 24, 2011 referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of P. White/S.B. in the subject line of your email. The Offeror assumes the full responsibility for ensuring that offers are received at the place as delineated herein and by the date and time shown at Block 8 of the SF1449, page one. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by noon, February 17, 2011 ET to psb3@bpd.treas.gov referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of P. White/S.B. in the subject line of your email. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. You are prohibited from communicating directly with the TTB's personnel about this procurement action. Brand name justification shall be presented upon request Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
