- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested via this synopsis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF10405900 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 511210 with dollar threshold not exceeding $25,000,000.00. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) at Waterways Experiment Station (WES), Vicksburg, MS, Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory has a requirement for the following: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) needs to purchase MATLAB software. These components will be delivered to the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS. Requirements are given below: REQUIREMENTS: SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Must deliver no later than 01 March 2011 to Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS. CLIN 0001 - Description: MATLAB software with associated toolboxes Quantity: 5, Unit: Each, Unit Price: $____________, Total Price: $____________ CLIN 0002 - Description: MATLAB Compliers Quantity: 2, Unit: Each, Unit Price: $____________, Total Price: $____________ CLIN 0003 - Description: MATLAB software maintenance renewals Quantity: 15, Unit: Each, Unit Price: $____________, Total Price: $____________ CLIN 0004 - Description: MATLAB renewal Quantity: 1, Unit: Each, Unit Price: $____________, Total Price: $____________ CLIN 0005 - Description: Shipping, Quantity: 1, Unit: Lump Sum, Unit Price: $____________, Total Price: $____________ In accordance with 52.212-2 Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors shall submit technical data on the items quoted. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
