- Limited Sources Justification The action being approved is a single source (Limited Source Justification) for a labor hour type task order under a GSA IT 70 Schedule contract (GS-35F-4997G) to Jacob & Sundstrom, Inc. (JSI). This task order will support the final phase of the HSPD-12 implementation for SSA. This task order will allow for contractor support from February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2014. This task order will be put in place to enable SSA to meet its mission completion date of January 31, 2014, to accomplish the development and implementation of the OMB-mandated HSPD-12 initiative. This support was R3073226 in ITSS (expiring January 31, 2011). SSA requires assistance in the successful development and implementation of the HSPD-12 system. SSA required support includes the program and operational analysis; integration and development; pilot phase and deployment; full deployment and operations; training; help desk functions for HSPD-12 and general support; physical security; and general network and end user support.
