- CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: U.S. General Services Administration Public Buildings Service (PBS) Real Estate Acquisitions Group 301 7th Street, SW, Room 2670 Washington, DC 20407 DESCRIPTION: The Government currently occupies 30,420 BOMA rentable square feet of space at 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC which expires February 28, 2011. The tenant in this location is scheduled to leave due to a consolidation December 31, 2013. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease to the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America with a 34 month term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this procurement using Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the procurement should provide their written comments by March 9, 2011.
