- Notice of Intent NAICS Code: 541211 - Offices of Certified Public Accountants The United States Department of Labor intends to issue a purchase order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) -FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Ethridge and Miller PC, to conduct audit services in accordance with the guidelines of the General Accounting Office's Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) on the general controls and application controls surrounding the business process outsourcing of claims and bill processing. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance from 1 March 2011 - 30 September 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting their proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 28 February, 2011 12:00 PM EST of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
