- The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for 42 rolls (36in X 50yd) of adhesive film part number AF-163 2K.085 certified to SS8612, Rev 7, Type IV, Class 3. Negotiations to be conducted solely with 3M Government Markets Department, using the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This oral solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
