- This is a pre solicitation notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a competitive Small Business set-aside contract for a 6 month base period (01 Apr 11 - 30 Sept 11), 4- twelve month option periods (01 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 15) and a potential 6 month extension of services (01 Oct 15 - 31 Mar 16), IAW FAR 52.217-8, to facilitate a personal services contract for Anesthesia Physician Services (4 FTE), for the Department of Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-11-R-0032. This notice is an urgent requirement for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307. Resultant to the rapidly approaching contract start date of 01 Apr 11, the solicitation will follow shortly.
