Description: This announcement is to direct interested parties to a solicitation for installation new engines, transmissions, propellers and drive shafts and associated hardware in a 31 foot Bertram boat per attached specifications. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a onetime procurement for repower of a 31' Bertram Flybridge Cruiser, NAICS Code: 336611, Size Standard: 1000 employees. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). You may obtain this number free of charge at 1(866)705-5711. Your company must also be registered in CCR with the appropriate NAICS code for this solicitation, web site: http://www.ccr.gov. If you have any registration questions, please call 1-888-227-2423. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organizations Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting your offer. Through an Informal evaluation process a firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the proposal that provides the best value to the Government.
