- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0112 for the following service: The contractor shall be required to provide the following necessary services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St Louis, MO within 365 days after Notice of Award has been issued. The Contractor gaining award will provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and reports necessary to cover all included Upright Headstone and Flat Marker Adjustments, Realignments, Resettings, and Backfill Requirements, all Upright Headstone and Flat Marker Cleaning, and all Turf Grass Re-establishment (as further clarified in the Attachments of the solicitation). Performance will be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Price, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Past Performance. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard $7 Million employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 18, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on March 7, 2011. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
