Description

The contractor shall perform annual inventory of all inpatient and outpatient pharmacy for the Providence VA Medical Center. The period of performance will be from 03/26/2011 through 03/25/2012 for a base year, with four (4) one (1) year options at the discretion of the VA Medical Center. This contract is subject to the service contract act. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 and the size standard is $7 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include past performance and price. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses with Vet Preference. The solicitation package will be available on or about February 25, 2011. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
