- MCoE 3rd Industry Day Registration Form The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg (MICCC-FB) would like to invite interested contractors to a follow-on conference regarding the services in support of the US Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) and its subordinate elements, the United States Army Armor Center, and the United States Army Infantry Center. The conference will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Building 35, Pratt Hall, Room 328, Fort Benning, Georgia. Please allow for at least a two (2) hour drive from the Atlanta airport and at least 30 minutes minimum drive from the Columbus airport. Additionally, please allow extra time for entry through the Fort Benning gate as Fort Benning is a closed restricted Military installation and your vehicle may be searched at the entrance gate if you do not possess a proper decal. Be sure to have proper photo identification, driver's license, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance. The conference facility is limited to 250 people. Request that interested industry partners only bring a maximum of three (3) representatives. Registration will be conducted on a first come basis. Industry partners who do not register may not be allowed to participate depending on the number of registered attendees, thus registration is highly encouraged. A similar sign-in table will be set in front of the conference location for participants to confirm registration and for unregistered participants to provide valid contact information. Interested industry participants and candidates may find a copy of the FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-11-R-0002 and Attachments on or around Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the Army Single Face Industry website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/; and the Federal Business Opportunities website, https://www.fbo.gov. A registration form is attached for your participation in the 3rd MCoE conference. Registrations for the conference must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday, March 4, 2011.
