Description

This amendment changes the due date from February 28 2011 to March 11, 2011 at 4PM Central Standard Time. VAMC Huntington is currently has the need for a Small Business (SB) contractor(s) to provide Dental Laboratory Services to its eligible beneficiaries requiring fixed dental and prostheses to for VAMC Huntington located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704. Large quantities and strict timeframes (read turnaround times) are required to full-fill this requirement. This includes the ability to provide same day (5 hour) emergency repairs pick-up and delivery. All Laboratory work need to include, but not limited to porcelain fused to metal crown and bridges, all gold crowns and bridges, ceramic crowns and bridges, diagnostic wax-up and design services for removable and fixed prosthodontics, pre-fabricated and custom abutments for implants, bridges, precision cast retentive bars, precision and semi-precision attachments, and cast gold post and cores.
