- Solicitiation W912LC-11-R-5002 WILL ALSO BE HANDED OUT AT SITE VISIT OR YOU MAY CONTACT POC FOR COPY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 36; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-11-T-5002, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Local Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $44,500,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Federal Service Code is 3510. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Squadron at the Colorado Air National Guard, Bldg 830, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is requesting authority. ATTN: Prospective bidders shall submit their bid along with the attached Representations and Certifications by Email to: lisa.brandfas@cobuck.ang.af.mil or by Mail to: 140MSG/MSC, Air Guard Contracting Office, Bldg 841, MS#78, 18860 E. Breckenridge Ave, Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO 80011-9523. The closing date for submission of bids is March 8, 2011 by 2:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Quotes shall be evaluated on the basis of Price, Delivery Time and Past Performance. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code and be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract.
