Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)Solicitation number F11PS00439 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. (iii) This solicitation document and its incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-49. (iv) This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333911, with a corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees or less. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: (viii) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; (ix) 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are base on lowest price. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. In paragraph (B) of (xii) 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders, the following apply: 52.222-50, 52.333-03, 52.233-04, 52.222-03, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.225-01, 52.225.13, 52.222-41, 52.222.-43, 52.219-06, 52.232-33, 52.204-7. (vii) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of two fish pumping systems one electric and one gas motor driven for Green Bay Fishery Resource Office, US Fish & Wildlife service, New Franken, WI. Below are the minimum specifications for the fish pumps. The two pumps are identical except for the power source.
