- Statement of Work and list of clothing and accessories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to outfit new police officers. The statement of work (SOW) explaining the requirement is attached. The uniforms and associated equipment must be consistent with what ONI is currently using. Paragraph C has locality criteria. The past provider of the police uniforms for ONI was Southern Maryland Police Supply. The period of performance will be one year from date of award. The evaluation factor will be lowest price, technically acceptable. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to close of business Saturday, March 12th 2011. No telephone calls will be accepted.
