- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Togus VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine has a requirement for Design-Build Construction Services for Safe Handling Site Prep Project, Phase II. This acquisition is a Competitive, 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor must be registered in vetbiz.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. Estimated Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract period is estimated to be 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site Visit/Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for March 10, 2011, VAMC Togus, Building 202 Conference Room, 10:00 a.m. Requests for Information are due NLT close of business, March 17, 2011. Solicitation Number is RFP VA-241-11-RP-0382 and will be available shortly. Formal proposals will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT April 13, 2011, 3:00 p.m. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY11 funds.
