- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with MicroAutomation, Inc. of Centreville, VA, for one (1) year of Software Support Renewal Warranties for software that is currently installed in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Command and Control Center. This software provides a call center solution that provides operators with tools to field emergency and non-emergency calls, create and update incidents, and manage critical resources through real-time management of crucial resources. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does anticipate procuring data rights for this effort due to cost contraints and lack of future equipment requirements. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
