- Brand name justification for RemoteView Software Maintenance Bill of Materials for RemoteView Software Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is FA8604-11-M-7029. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48 effective 31 Jan 2011, Defense Procurement Notice (DPN) 20110222 effective 22 Feb 2011, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2011-0214 effective 14 Feb 2011. This solicitation incorporates the following clauses by reference: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-01, 52.212-03, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.222-50, 52.223-16, 52.232-18 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-7001, 252.227-7013, 252.227-7014, 252.232-7010, 252.232-7003 Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) 5352.201-9101 Clause fill-in: Howard Marks, Jr. ASC/AQ 1755 11th Street, Bldg 570, Room 101 Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404 Phone: (937) 255-8642 Email: howard.marks@wpafb.af.mil This solicitation is full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25M. The requirement is for RemoteView annual software maintenance from 31 Jan 2011 through 30 Jan 2012. Descriptions and quantities are listed on the attached Bill of Materials and Brand Name Justification. The offeror shall only provide a quote for the specific brand names listed. For the ease of reviewing all quotes, please keep all part numbers in the same order as listed. Offeror must quote on all items or none. Delivery schedule is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery is FOB Destination to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Please note if the manufacturer requires a licensee agreement to be signed by the Government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federals laws, statutes, and the FAR. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. The CCR website is https://www.bpn.gov/ccr.
